What a great keto and low carb brownie recipe I’m about to share with you.  It’s for chocolate avocado brownies and if you didn’t know better – you wouldn’t even know that there were avocados inside!

Making these chocolate avocado brownies isn’t going to be hard at all.  To be honest with you, they’ll be as easy as making brownie mix from a box.  There is going to be no sugar or flour in this recipe which is perfect for you people on a keto or low carb diet.

The time it takes to prep your ingredients and get everything mixed together is about 5 minutes.  After that, it’s into the oven for 20 minutes.   These chocolate avocado brownies will be made in less than 30 minutes from start to finish!

Look, I get that being on the keto or low carb diet can be tough when it comes to finding desserts that you can eat.  But you can feel guilt free knowing that these chocolate avocado brownies will taste absolutely delicious and still healthy for you!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados about 1.5 cups mashed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup low carb sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Now combined and blend in a blender or food processor the avocado, butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend in the eggs.
  4. Now you can add the almond butter, cocoa powder, sea salt, and baking soda.  Pulse your blender or food processor until they’re well combined.
  5. In a 8×8 inch baking pan, grease or line it with coconut oil or parchment paper.
  6. Spread the batter you just made into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until it’s to the desired texture you prefer.  Allow it to cool on a rack.
  8. Cut the finished brownies into 16 squares.  You can store them in the fridge covered or freeze them for a longer storage time.
